Company letters We encourage investors to sign all company letters, regardless of holdings, to demonstrate support for the engagement.
Your organisation will have the opportunity to give feedback on the company letters before they are sent to the companies. Engagement dialogues Company engagement dialogues will predominantly be held in person in China, alongside organised company site visits and meetings with key policy stakeholders. Virtual participation will only be available for the company engagement dialogue meetings. These events are scheduled to take place from 8 to 12 June 2026, and more information will be shared with signatories in due course. Please contact changtong.huang@fairr.org for more details on the trip. We encourage you to participate in the engagement in the format that is most suitable for your organisation.
